Ways and Flavors in Buenos Aires

Food, crafts and tourism proposals from all regions of Argentina. The fair is organized through a tour comprised of 9 (nine) roads theme: Cheese, Meat, tradition, tourism, oil and spices, drinks, Yerba Mate Tea, Fruit of the Earth and Sweets. Two of the great attractions of the show are cooking demonstrations, carried out by different chefs in foods typical of different regions of Argentina and Latin America, and the Contest "Experiences of Taste", composed by a panel of testers not visionaries specializing in sensory analysis of foods.
